		A	Market to a given Place to find Reader-1s, Reader-2s and Reader-3s.
		B	Some Reader-3s become dues-paying Floating Members. One becomes the Social Entrepreneur (SE) for that Place.
		1	Associate-Members must attend Metro Meetings. They vote. Floating-Members may attend and speak but not vote. In beginning only Mission is to help 72-Group-As in process of formation by recruiting. Eventually conduct other business.
		2	If Metro Area very large, may be divided into geographic parts. Follow same pattern as line #1.
		3	If Metro Area larger than one County, then there are Counting Meetings that follow same pattern as line #1.
		4	Town Meetings follow same pattern as line #1.
		5	Neighborhood Meetings follow same pattern as line #1.
		6	Critical point: Men and women start forming separate 36-Groups. Follow same pattern as line #1 except now by sex.
		7	12-Group Meetings follow same pattern as line #1.
		8	Once 36 men Associate-Members and 36 women Associate-Members each with three 12-Groups, new 72-Group-A born. Floating-Members may not attend 12, 36 or 72 Meetings but may Neighborhood, Town, County & Metro Meetings.
		9	72-Group-A must meet additional standards to become a 72-Group-B.
		10	72-Group-Cs are rare. They meet additional standards compared to a 72-Group-B.
		11	Once two 72-Group-Bs formed, committees of Experts start to be formed to recommend Solutions to Extraordinary and Super Extraordinary Problems. They may meet by video conference.
		12	At some point, liaisons to units and levels of government formed if to help solve Extraordinary Problems and SEPs.
		13	State annual meetings are set to coordinate with the State government calendar.
		14	National annual meetings are set to coordinare with the National government calendar.
