Behave and Relate

From The Practical Ontology & Compendium of Social Cohesion

Definition: As used herein, the phrase "Behave and Relate" sums up all possible human Actions (thoughts, words, and deeds) while a Person is Awake. They are overlapping Categories. People can Behave alone in a room. For instance, they can read a book alone. People only Relate, however, to other Persons, Objects, and Events. For example, a patron discusses a book with a librarian. That's Relating. It is also a Behavior.
