Definition: As used herein, the Comfortable is the title of a Modern Audience made up of Persons whose Circumstances have been comfortable for a long time, i.e., their Needs have been met Adequately; they have little or no memory of Suffering; therefore it is hard for them to be Voluntarily Helpful beyond that which is convenient for them.
