Definition: As used herein, Conversation is an Event in time and Place with six qualities. It is (1) face-to-face speech (spoken words)A between two or more Persons known to one another that is (2) mutual, (3) respectful, (4) about agreed-upon Premises and an agreed-upon Topic about which Topic the parties (5) seek the Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth (6) as best as they are able under the Circumstances.


A Deaf and mute people using sign language is an exception to the general rule.
