Definition: As used herein, ECUSA Fund refers to "Eco City USA - A Social Capital Research and Development Fund," a legally-restricted fund within Charitable Foundation USA the purpose of which is to develop and sustain a Proxima Critical Mass; finance the development of Proxumas; pay for research into Social Cohesion and Social Fragmentation; and support any Work directly related to these purposes.
