Happiness, Preconditions of

Definition: As used herein, the Preconditions of Happiness refers to those Persons, e.g., some loved-ones, Objects, e.g., some food, and Events, e.g., some Affection, that must be present in a Person’s Circumstances before Happiness can be pursued, much less achieved at an Adequate level.

for example, not being thirsty, hungry, naked or exposed are fundamental preconditions. How much education is necessary for Happiness, on the other hand, is a matter for Conversation. The resolution or avoidance of the Overwhelming (Effects) is another fundamental precondition of Happiness. You cannot be Happy and Overwhelmed at the same time.
