Definition: As used herein, a Manner of Proceeding is a Traditional way of Acting that becomes Habitual in the individual Person. Commentary “Manner of proceeding” is an old legal term referring to how you conduct yourself at court with regard to a certain kind of proceeding. For example - You do this and only then do you do that. You’ll embarrass yourself before the court if you try to do it the other way around.
