Neighborhood

Definition: As used herein, a Neighborhood is a Place of contiguous structures and pieces of property (land) bounded by man-made features, e.g., roads, a park, and/or Natural features, e.g., a creek, a tree line, that includes at least 100 adult residents from among whom 36 women and 36 men potentially may be recruited to form a 72-Group. A Neighborhood may be all residential or mixed-use. A Neighborhood may or may not yet contain a Proxima.
