Oral Circumstances

Definition: As used herein, Oral Circumstances refer to Circumstances where people memorize and recite aloud everything that is known. They recall it and then recite it. No one can look it up. There is no writing. If no one can recall and recite it, it is lost. Oral Circumstances are in contrast to Technological Circumstances. Oral Circumstances are very hard for us modern folk to imagine.
