Place/Territory

Definition: As used herein, Place refers to physical places in time and space; for example, a Person's Body, the place where he or she dwells, engages in Work or Leisure. More specifically, Place refers to a Person’s Body in a Household, in a ProximaTM (if the Person's Household is part of a ProximaTM in a Neighborhood), then to the Neighborhood, Town, Metropolitan Area, State (or Province), and Nation, in that order of Subsidiarity.

As used herein, Territory is a collection of contiguous Places defined for business purposes.
