I composed in MS Word. I cut and pasted without formatting. Then in LibreOffice I added headings and formatting. Then I exported to a MediaWiki-type file and then opened it and cut and pasted its contents from there into our new Wiki. Here is the outcome:


Book Part 1

A book has Parts. The table of contents is a Part. The appendixes are gathered under a Part, and so on.

The second level is for chapter headings.

In general, the content of this book is divided into Numbered Sections in sequence from #1 to # __ throughout the ___ Chapters. Sometimes the heading is a heading. Sometimes it is part of a Q&A routine where quotation marks are used.
