Bad Guy Hypothesis

Definition: As used herein, the Bad Guy Hypothesis is a hypothesis that Individuals, e.g., a known political opponent, or a vaguely defined Population of people, e.g., illegal immigrants, Cause the Bad Things one Suffers to happen, such that if the Individuals or Populations could be neutralized in some fashion, the Bad Things would go away.
