Helper

Definition: As used herein, a Helper is a compensated Person, or in some cases a volunteer, who is engaged by an Organization to help Solve one or more Extraordinary Problems with regard to the Needs of one or more Persons. Teachers, social workers, and first responders are examples of Helpers.
